Works on Paper

I have been drawing for most of my life. Beginning with  geometric mandala inspired designs, Islamic pattern design became a passion for quite some time. These days my drawings are more organic and layered with stories of connection, relationships, of things with boundaries full of opening and connecting spaces. They begin with a line drawing of archival ink, to be coloured with pencil or pigment pens.
